What do you have in your pantry?

I opened my cupboards and realized they were empty becuase if I put anything in them I'll eat it. For snack foods I have almonds and granola bars and that's about it. What healthy food do you stock your cupboards with?

  1. My new strategy was provided by a UCDavis nurse who works with in the obesitiy clinic. She said to try Isopure from GNC. It has 160 calories per bottle but it is better than snacking. Over the day it isn't that much and the protein will help stave off hunger and keep the metabolism going.
